I firmly believe small businesses are the backbone of the British Economy and if we ever truly want to economically recover from the devastating impacts of COVID 19, small businesses need to be embraced, encouraged and supported.
Many of the readers that visit this website will no doubt run their own small business and so will be onboard with this logic, small businesses also provide us with diversification when looking at job security. Should a small business fail it doesn’t have the same impact as if a national employer struggles such as Airbus, where we’ve all seen the terrible news about redundancies – this going forwards along with looking at a green recover where we all do business more local, will further help the cause for small businesses in my opinion.
This mindset was clear to myself, Emily of Celtic Law and Craig of The Profit Works pre COVID 19 when we set about launching the Celtic Incubator Centre CIC in Flintshire, a not for profit organisation with the goal of embracing, encouraging and supporting entrepreneurs and new business start ups.
THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP!
