North Wales Zoom Hour – virtual networking online Wednesdays from 2pm.
An hour which allows North Wales businesses the opportunity from the comfort of their own office or workplace presenting their service to numerous others who can join us.

North Wales Social Autumn Business Expo stand options with associated costs – the last few still available are as follows:
NWS Expo Autumn – LARGE STAND (non member) £90
NWS Expo Autumn – SMALL STAND (non member) £70
NWS Expo Autumn – LARGE STAND (discounted Gold Package Subscriber) £45
NWS Expo Autumn – SMALL STAND (discounted Gold Package Subscriber) £35
Additional Company Reps – apart from the main exhibitor, a maximum of 3 additional representatives can join a stand through a separate cost per person of £10.
ALL EXHIBITORS are provided with:
- Small stands offer a 4ft wide table with chair and space for 1 standard sized pop up banner placed behind (£70).
-OR-
Large stands offer a 6ft wide table with chair(s) and space for 2 pop up banners (90). - Exhibitors are provided with free lunch on presentation of their voucher from the segregated catering area.
- Exhibitors will have the option of sitting down to listen to all 3 chosen keynote speakers.
- Additional company reps can join/support a stand at a cost of £10/person.

Please title your email application ‘NWS Autumn Expo 2026’.
* Stand costs include lunch and access to our Expo event speakers on the day.
* All stand and additional company representative bookings must be paid in full within a maximum 4 working days of the payment links being sent to the exhibitor applicant.
Failure to do so will result in the application being invalid. In this case stand applications must be resent by email as in the first instance.
** In the case of stand bookings being cancelled when previously paid, stand payment refunds will only be available for those who have given 1 full month notice before the North Wales Social Autumn Expo date (22/10/26).
