North Wales Social will be supporting the Hope House fundraising appeal #FinalMomentsMatter
Your support matters!
To give children and families ‘Final Moments that Matter’, Hope House need to raise £500,000 – the annual cost of providing the best end of life care for every child and family in our region who turns to them.
In this Moment they are asking our community to come together as one, to embrace local families and make sure they are not isolated in their pain and grief.
They have been pledged £250,000 of match funding to enable them to reach their goal, but need your help to unlock that cash. You can get involved and play a pivotal role in providing the very best end of life care in 2022.
The Final Moments that Matter campaign will run from 10am on Sunday 21 November 2021 to 10pm on Monday 22 November 2021 so Hope House have a 36 hour time slot to raise £500,000 to meet the annual cost of providing the best end of life care for every child and family in this region.
There are pledges for £250,000 of matched giving, but to unlock the cash need help to raise another £250,000.
Every pound that is raised or donated during the 36 hour Final Moments Matter campaign will be doubled!!
