North Wales Zoom Hour – virtual networking online Wednesdays from 2pm.

An hour which allows North Wales businesses the opportunity from the comfort of their own office or workplace presenting their service to numerous others who can join us.

Although most exhibiting stands have been secured, thanks to our host venue recently allocating additional event space, North Wales Social subscribers and non-subscribers are still able to book stands for the NWS Expo Spring 2026, taking place at Village Hotels, Ewloe, Flintshire on Thursday 23rd April 2026, 10am-2.30pm.
 
Stand booking rates as follows:

  • Small Stand – £32.50 (SOME AVAILABILITY)
  • Large Stand – £45.00 (NOW SOLD OUT)
NON-SUBSCRIBER
  • Large Stand – £90.00 (NOW SOLD OUT)
  • Small Stand – £65.00 (SOME AVAILABILITY)

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION..
  • Once your NWS Expo stand is booked, event updates will be sent to the email address used for your booking (unless you request otherwise).
  • All bookings include a buffet lunch for exhibitors only.
  • Business Stand sizes: Large (6ft wide) and Small/Shared (4ft wide).
  • Your event stand is only secured once payment via the stripe booking link has cleared within our account.
