Leadership and Business Growth Wales at Cardiff Metropolitan University have an established track record for delivering high quality leadership and management skills and sustainable business growth in Wales.

We are the only leadership and management centre in Wales to offer optional qualification progression routes with the 20Twenty from CMI Level 3 to CMI Level 7, including a Postgraduate Certificate, an Executive MBA, Chartered Manager Award and the Help To Grow Management programme.

Programmes are delivered by Cardiff Metropolitan University in partnership with Bangor University and subsidised by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government as well as the UK Government.
