Top North Wales family lawyer joins growing Mackenzie Jones team
ONE of North Wales’s most respected family law solicitors has joined the team at Mackenzie Jones Solicitors.
The appointment marks another significant step in the firm’s continued growth and investment in its divorce and matrimonial finance department, strengthening its presence across North Wales and Chester.
Solicitor Rachel Wynn Jones brings more than 30 years of specialist family law experience to the practice.
Widely recognised across the region, Rachel has built a strong reputation supporting clients through divorce and family matters, particularly within rural and agricultural communities.
She joins the company’s expanding family department alongside founding director Richard Jones and solicitor Jade Liptrot, as demand for specialist family law services continues to rise.
Rachel said: “I’ve specialised in divorce throughout my career, often supporting families in rural and farming communities. It’s always been about guiding people through what can be one of the most challenging times of their lives, with dignity and a common-sense approach.
“I’ve seen many changes over the years – most recently the introduction of the no-fault divorce – and it is vital clients receive clear, compassionate advice as and when the law changes.”
She added: “Mackenzie Jones is a highly respected firm with a strong name in this area.
“Everyone has been so welcoming and there are many faces I already knew from across the courtroom. I’ll be based in St Asaph and will also work out of our offices in Menai Bridge and Chester.”
Welcoming Rachel to the business, Richard said: “Rachel is well respected and the perfect fit for our team. She’s an outstanding solicitor and already attracting new clients. What’s been especially heartening is hearing how quickly she’s felt at home here.”
Fellow director Anna Mills Morgan added: “Rachel is an incredible addition to Mackenzie Jones. Her experience and reputation make her a huge asset to our company.”
The firm has also recently recruited Adam Hazell, Rebekah Woods and Elen Roberts, while Matthew Skeels and Hannah Oakes have been promoted to director.
With offices in St Asaph, Chester and Menai Bridge, Mackenzie Jones continues to expand its specialist legal services across matrimonial finance, commercial, clinical negligence and private client work.
For more than 25 years, the firm has served communities across North Wales and Cheshire, placing people and compassion at the heart of its approach.
